Press Release Studio
Publish your Press Release
Share your invention, breakthrough or company news on The Patent, the international magazine of inventions published by WitUp Ltd. You write it, you publish it: our automatic checks take care of the rest.
What you get
Published on The Patent
Your release gets its own page on our domain, with the same design as the rest of the magazine.
Clearly labelled
Every release is marked as a press release and names who published it: readers always know it is client content.
A permanent archive
Your page has no expiry date. It stays online and is removed only in the cases set out by law, the terms of service and our policy.
Indexed by search engines
Your page is open to search engines.
Shared on our social channels
Each release gets a post on The Patent’s social channels, labelled «Press release» and marked as sponsored. Posts go out in the slots reserved for releases, with no guarantee of reach.
Cited by The Patent AI
Your release can be cited by The Patent AI when relevant to the question, always labelled and linked to its page.

Where your release appears
- In the Press releases section of The Patent, with its own topics: patents, inventions, research, startups, companies, investments and events.
- With the “Press release” label above the title and your organisation named under it.
- Without an editorial byline: the newsroom does not rewrite or sign your text.
- Every outbound link carries rel="sponsored", as search engines require for content of this kind.
- Outside the editorial feeds: releases do not appear among the magazine’s own stories on the home page or in the newsletter.

Frequently asked questions
Who writes the release?
You do. The newsroom does not rewrite your text and does not sign it: the release is published as content of the organisation that publishes it.
Is my release approved by the newsroom?
No. It goes through automatic checks, not an editorial approval, and the checks do not verify that what you state is true: you remain responsible for your statements and materials. The Patent can suspend or remove releases that break the terms, the law or the publishing rules.
Will my release be sent to other media or the newsletter?
No. The service is publication on The Patent: a page on our domain, a permanent archive, search engine indexing and one labelled post on our social channels, with no guaranteed reach. There is no distribution to other media and no newsletter mention.
How long does my release stay online?
There is no expiry date. A release is removed only in the cases set out by law, the terms of service and our publishing policy.
What does it cost?
Packages and prices are shown in your panel once you have registered. There is no subscription.
I already have a The Patent account. Do I need a new one?
No. One account and one password for everything: sign in and activate Press Release Studio from your account.
Is this the same as being a contributor?
No. Contributors propose articles to the newsroom for free, with no right to publication. Press Release Studio is a separate service, with its own panel and its own releases.
