Awarded in Geneva to the Chinese proofreader “Nezha”

At the last Geneva exhibition of inventions, several inventions were awarded several times. One of them is “Nezha“. Built on Artificial Intelligence, Nezha is a cloud proofreader that helps people reread sentences, avoiding mistakes.

In partnership with IFIA (International Federation of Inventors Associations), the Patent has been able to closely observe the extraordinary inventions of Chinese makers. Held from 10 to 14 April 2019, the annual review of New Inventions, Techniques and Products in Geneva saw the success of the state of Hong Kong. Therefore, the researchers of the Chinese University of Hong Kong have received several awards in the field of engineering and technical-scientific inventions. In fact, it was awarded “Nezha”.Nezha is an automatic proofreader with Artificial Intellingence.

The Chinese Institute and the awards received

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) has received fourteen awards, divided as follows.

And so, we want to highlight the artificial intelligence software “Nezha”.

Nezha, the automatic proofreader

Nezha is an Artificial Intelligence software that automatically corrects drafts in Chinese language, helping people to reread pictograms. However, the software is built on a proprietary algorithm that is based on advanced natural language processing technology. In fact, the software has much billion words equivalent to more than 100 GB of data.

Finally, the origin of the name refers to the Chinese god Nezha, widespread in China. In fact, its power is to act as a guide to people, identifying errors and helping to correct them.
