Link2Kitchen: a direct link between table and kitchen

Link2Kitchen

Link2Kitchen is a system made up of a trolley which, thanks to artificial intelligence, is able to carry the dishes from the table to the kitchen on its own

Have you ever tried to imagine how peaceful and safe a restaurant would be where the dishes arrive at the customer without anyone having to move around, with the risk of stumbling or dropping objects on the way from the cooker to the table? This idea lies at the heart of Link2Kitchen, an automation system developed by Lorenzo Netto. Link2Kitchen is designed for restaurants, bars, pubs and in general all places where food and drinks need to be handled. The system consists of a trolley, customisable in shape and size, equipped with artificial intelligence and controlled by a tablet. Once the order has been received, the kitchen staff load the dishes on board: the AI will guide the trolley to the relevant table. Then the customer, when he has finished eating, can “call” the robot to the table and place the used dishes on it: the system will take care of bringing everything back to the kitchen, following the same route as the outward journey.
