This is not a familiar looking Robot of Sci-Fi movies but a fully automated invisible computerized system operating in real time

Computing Technology and Artificial Intelligence(AI) have come a long way in the processing of sustainable changes across business verticals as well as personal stanzas with invention of Robots in various spheres. However, the Robots so far have been aimed at making them human like in behaviour or advisory and helping hands to humans. But a recent breakthrough in a hitherto unknown area of AI Technology has introduced a computer ridden Robotic Manager for managing concerned human operators in workflow processes of any organization first ever in the history of computing.

Managerial Robot by definition implies managing human staff. Although the “Machine Rules Man” concept is not yet very perceptible in human society, this invention has recently been granted patent (US10467571 ) in the USA substantiating its originality, practicability and benefits even at present time. However, in routine business operations, the concerned staff engaged in daily Workflow business processes will not see much difference in their mode of working when managed by this computerized robot. Only the human managers who used to manage workflow processes in any thread of business processes with distinctive business goals such as “Sell a product or products” or “Recruit a staff” in different business areas are replaced by a single invisible real-time computerized system which is working in the background but still communicating with them electronically as human managers would do by other means.

This non-mechanical robotic manager works by following a suitably adapted “Servomechanism Principle” of Control Engineering, one of the most important theories for automation of mechanical instruments. After completion of a processing, either by executing an automated computer program or by alerting, monitoring and controlling concerned human operators via a Human Interface Gateway module, a feedback is generated for the identification of the next business activity using its intelligence stored within its dataset or by communicating electronically with the designated authorities. This closed loop of business activities is continued fully automatically live until a particular business goal is fulfilled.

Another important feature is that this single robotic manager takes full responsibility of managing business operations in all areas of business where generally different human managers are present. For instance, hardly there is any organisation where the business operations for sale is managed by the same manager looking after process of recruitment in the HR department.

Thus not only it considerably improves efficiency in processing time, but also yields substantial saving in manpower revenue expenses.

Such innovation with a new message to the world although may initially seem a little unrealistic at present, this is an inevitably emerging scenario in the near future as predicted by the experts in computing. Thus this invention should help in paving way for a new technologically enriched global value and ethics that will add to the sustainability of our social and business advancement. With “Machine Rules Man” AI Systems becoming integral parts of our lives, one can only look forward to more reforms in terms of evolution of new systems and their positive impact on our lives and society.
